For my mother-in-law’s birthday, we (Jenny, Kayla, and I) decided to take her to The Big Apple. Greta had never been before and we thought it would be a fun trip for just the girls!
We had a great time being typical tourists. We saw the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, took walks through Central Park, ate at Serendipty’s, Juniors, and Gray’s Papaya’s, took the subway, went to the top of the Empire State Building, walked (a LOT), enjoyed broadway shows, and much much more!
Here are a few pictures of our fun time!

My favorite hotdogs! Gray’s Papaya
The birthday lady with this fantastic molten lava chocolate cake! yum!
I met Dule Hill! I might have been just a little bit star struck….
We had planned to take Trapeze lessons, but got rained out.
I have to go back here! Cutest kitchen store!
My pretty sis-in-law, Kayla
We saw Audra McDonald in Lady Day. IT WAS FANTASTIC!

Jenny, Kayla, Greta, and me. Oh, and the Statue of Liberty!
One of my favorite shots of the trip, taken on board the ferry in the harbor. Such fun!
We met up with Annie Rigney, our cousin, while in Manhattan. We had great Moroccan food while we visited.
And there you have it! A great trip full of fun!
Happy Birthday, Greta!
